1. About these terms
These terms apply to all bookings made through the Osmond's Beach Hotel website, including rooms, restaurant reservations, beach loungers, boat tours, spa treatments, private dining, Float Bar sessions, airport transfers and shuttle services. By completing a booking you agree to these terms.
2. Making a booking
A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking reference. Please check all details carefully; you are responsible for providing accurate guest, flight and contact information.
3. Prices, taxes and fees
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude government tax and service charge, which are displayed in your booking summary before you confirm. Prices may change until your booking is confirmed.
4. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
5. Health, safety and conduct
For your safety, boat tours and water activities may be changed or cancelled due to weather or sea conditions. Guests must follow the instructions of captains, lifeguards and therapists. Alcohol is only served to guests aged 18 and over.
6. Liability
Osmond's Beach Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
