Rooms & suites
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are charged the first night.
- No-shows are charged the full stay.
Boat tours
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the tour price.
- Tours cancelled by the captain for weather or safety are fully refunded or rebooked.
Spa & massage
- Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your appointment.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the treatment price.
Restaurant, private dining & Float Bar
- Table reservations can be cancelled free of charge at any time.
- Private dining can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before; after that, 50% is charged.
- Float Bar sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before.
Beach loungers, transfers & shuttle
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the reserved date or pickup time.
